This high-performance zirconia ceramic crucible is made from yttrium-stabilized zirconia (Y-TZP), produced via isostatic pressing and high-temperature sintering. It combines high toughness, heat resistance, and chemical stability, designed for high-frequency, high-impact high-temperature processing scenarios in industrial and laboratory settings. It can directly contact molten metals, glass, and corrosive chemical reagents, making it the preferred vessel for laboratory analysis, new material synthesis, and electronic component sintering.

Fracture toughness is 3–5 times that of alumina, with excellent thermal shock resistance. It can withstand rapid temperature changes (e.g., from 1500°C directly into cold water) without cracking, solving the fragility issue of traditional ceramic crucibles.

Stably operates at up to 1500°C for long periods, resistant to acids and alkalis, and does not react with molten metals, glass, or ceramic powders, ensuring sample purity.
