Alumina (Al2O3) Ceramics
Alumina, or aluminum oxide Al2O3, has very high melting point and hard material, which is 2,072 °C . Alumina ceramics is a ceramic material with alumina (Al2O3) as the main element. Alumina ceramics have good acid and alkali corrosion resistance, good thermal conductivity, mechanical strength, wear resistance and high temperature resistance. It is a kind of ceramics with a wide range of application per to its superior performance, it has been widely used in modern society and meets the needs of daily use and special properties.

Characteristics: Alumina ceramics have better electrical properties than other ceramic products, widely used for as insulators.
Alumina Ceramic Parts- Insulator
Insulator have the following performance characteristics under the premise of good mechanical properties:
1. high purity, with a purity of ≥99.7%.
2. Good insulation, dielectric strength ≥22.5KV/mm
3. Good electrical stability, low dielectric loss, small dielectric constant,
4. Good anti-aging performance.
5. The product has high dimensional accuracy
Zirconia (ZrO2) Ceramics
Zirconia ceramics are the most ductile ceramic materials and are known as "ceramic steel". Because of its good toughness, zirconia ceramics are also one of the most widely used ceramic materials in industrial production and life.
Classification
1. The classification of zirconia crystal types, it can be divided into: partially stabilized zirconia ceramics, tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline ceramics, and cubic zirconia polycrystalline ceramics.
2. The classification of added stabilizers, it can be divided into: yttria stabilized zirconia, magnesia stabilized zirconia, ceria stabilized zirconia, calcium oxide stabilized zirconia, etc.
3. According to color classification, it can be divided into: white zirconia, yellow zirconia, blue zirconia, green zirconia, pink zirconia, black zirconia etc. (According to the amount and type of rare earth additives, zirconia ceramics can be prepared in various colors)

Zirconia have advantages over others ceramics:
1. Zirconia ceramic has good toughness, its flexural strength ≥1000MPa, fracture toughness ≥7Mpa.m1/2
2. Zirconia ceramics have high density, density ≥5.7g/cm³
3.Zirconia ceramics have good surface finish and can be machined up to Ra≤0.1μm
4. Magnesium-stabilized zirconia ceramics have good thermal shock resistance.
5. The coefficient of linear expansion of zirconia ceramics is closest to metal materials.
6. Zirconia ceramics are available in variable and selectable colors.
