Advanced Production Process

  1. Raw Material Preparation:Selected high-purity alumina powder, undergoes strict composition testing and particle size control to ensure compliance with medical-grade material standards.
  2. Forming Process:Adopt isostatic pressing, injection molding and other processes, select the appropriate forming method according to the shape and size of the valve plate for hemodialysis equipment.
  3. Drying Treatment:The formed green body is slowly dried to remove moisture and prevent cracking and deformation during sintering.
  4. High-temperature Sintering:Sintered in a high-temperature furnace at 1600-1800°C to form a firm bond between alumina particles and obtain a high-density ceramic body with excellent corrosion resistance.
